Purpose and scope

Struxus provides engineering calculation and review tools. Each tool has its own intended scope, assumptions and limitations. Use a tool only where its documented method is appropriate for the engineering task.

Professional responsibility

You are responsible for the design basis, input accuracy and review of results. A tool output is not certification, a construction approval or a substitute for competent engineering judgement and appropriate independent review.

Accounts and pilot access

An account does not automatically provide access to every calculator. Pilot access is granted separately. Keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access.

Design files and reports

Keep your own copies of design files and reports. Review report content and calculator warnings before relying on or sharing an output.

Acceptable use

Use the platform lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass account restrictions, disrupt the service or access another person's information without permission.

Rights and service terms

The final agreement must identify the legal operator and set out service availability, support, intellectual property, account closure, any charges and fair liability provisions. Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
